2008/2009 Finalists: Visual Arts

In 2008, 19 potential protégés across six artistic disciplines were selected from 124 candidates in 39 countries. The finalists - 10 women and nine men from 11 countries - were then scheduled to meet the mentor in their discipline. Each mentor chose the finalist who seems best suited for the year of guidance and inspiration.
